Akron Airport Blog

Wednesday, October 24th, 2007

Kudos to Akron Canton (CAK) Airport in Ohio for their new blog that features news and information about the airport. Very few airports have taken this important step to help keep customers informed and allow quick and easy information flow about their airport developments and ongoing airport issues and airport news.

Blogging is an easy and inexpensive way to connect airports to the traveling public and Akron Canton is to be commended as one of the first airports to have a blog!

The MGM Grand Hotel and Casino, with over 5000 rooms, is the largest in the USA.

Airport and Aircraft information from AC-U-KWIK

Thursday, October 4th, 2007

AC-U-KWIK is a great comprehensive resource for flyers that features airport and aircraft information. Their FBO directory makes finding a Fixed Base Operator easy. I think AirNav and AC-U-KWIK have similar data but have not done a good comparison. Best to search both to confirm all details before flying.
